Best Decision I’ve Ever Made was to choose Palm Hills Real estate to help me with my property  search!!! Real estate agent Iveth was very knowledgeable with the area, prices  and extremely patient with my search. Were from florida so it was difficult in knowing the area and neighborhoods and Palm Hills made me feel comfortable they were trustworthy with their opinions and recommendations. We began searching for villas and ended up purchasing beach front Iand. Agent Iveth helped me every step of the way from explaining the process of puchasing in the Dominican Republic north coast to finding me a reputable lawyer and contractor/builder. I will forever be grateful for what Palm Hills did for me! Prior to choosing Palm Hills ive meet with other so called real estate agents that seem like fakes or scammers who didnt know the areas or actually ever see the properties i wanted to look at, they were all in it for the sale and commission and never met face to face with me and never had the information on wanted on certain properties. Palm hills has done a fantastic job from start to finish to help me find my new home away from home. Luisa Scacchi and the Palm Hills team have been so pleasant to work with and helping me make sure that they understand my wants and needs that fit my budget. Luisa made herself available through phone and text to make sure she understood what I was looking for and was kind enough to pick me up in the airport and show all the properties that fit my budget and vision. She was able to show me the pros and cons of the many different cities around the area where properties were available, making it easier to find a place that fit. After countless messages and phone calls and viewings she was able to find me an apartment that I've been dreaming about. Oh and not to mention when I was away from the country she took her time to send me videos of the apartment and any additional details that were needed. The purchasing process was done smoothly and every question I had (there were many!!) were answered quick! She has an amazing network of people that help her throughout the process that made it very trustworthy with an investment abroad. What made Luisa stand out was increasing my vision to not only consider my purchase a vacation home where I can go to escape work to relax in paradise. She helped me with understanding that I can make some money back as an investment during my time away through a range of options. She showed me the property value projections for the next years to come along with explaining the touristic growth and investment throughout the past couple of years. Palm hills not only offers the option of purchase but of property management while I'm away, which was a blessing! I'd like to thank the team for their hard work in helping me secure not only my escape vacation home with beautiful views, but also another side investment. I highly recommend Palm Hills and Luisa.
