On the first floor you have a large entrance area with seating area, a guest toilet, a balcony with sea view, an open kitchen with counter, a living room area with a comfortable couch and TV, another seating area for socialising and a panoramic dining room, fully glazed, so that you have the feeling of sitting directly on the beach while eating. Or you can relax on the large terrace with lounge furniture, enjoy the fresh sea breeze and the direct view of the Caribbean, palm-fringed sandy beach.
Furthermore, on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a laundry room.
If you go up the beautiful wooden staircase, a balcony also awaits you there, 2 further bedrooms, one with a direct and lateral sea view, which you can enjoy from the bed as well as from the inviting couch, a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is also equipped with its own bathroom, a couch, as well as its own terrace.
In just a few steps you are at the refreshing pool or directly on the kilometre-long sandy beach to swim in the sea or practise all kinds of water sports. To the left, a few minutes’ walk will take you to the centre of Cabarete, one of the most popular places in the Dominican Republic, known for its relaxed, sporty style, inviting restaurants, local or international, bars, shops, international supermarket, doctors and pharmacies.
To the right, a long walk on the beach will take you to the popular La Boca, the picturesque river mouth into the sea with its charming fish restaurant and the possibility of a romantic river cruise.
Of course, unlimited water, electricity and fast wi-fi are available to you at all times in such a facility, as is a guarded parking lot for which 24-hour security is on duty.
If you have school-age children, there are many schools of all kinds nearby. Neighbouring Sosua also offers a wide range of international schools. School buses also pass by your resort and bring your children safely to and from school every day.
