Description
There are various tree species on the farm, as well as Honduran Mahogany, Native Mahogany, cola, oak, mara and Juan Primero are among the many deciduous tree species.
A notable aspect of this farm is that the main road is only 6 km away. There is also a larger river that flows on the border of the country and a smaller stream that flows through the farm.
There is electricity only 500 meters from the entrance to the land.
Topography 70% Hilly and Relatively 30% Flat.
More specifically the Farmland consists of the following resources:
65,000 square meters planted with cocoa. The 30% elevations are all planted with about 2,000 mahogany trees ready to cut and 3,000 mature oak trees ready for cutting. With an age of 4 years, there are about 17,000 Honduran mahogany trees. With an age of between 2 and 3 years, there are more than 30,000 native mahogany trees and about 20,000 oak trees. It has a belt-style road all around the property. It has a cabin with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A 1 km river on the edge of the farm.
