I, Ronaldo Sccachi, originally hail from the Swiss canton of Solothurn and embarked on a remarkable journey that led me to establish myself as a significant figure in the real estate industry. After a successful career in Switzerland, I made the groundbreaking decision to divest my construction and advertising company and relocate with my family to the Dominican Republic.
In 1995, my entrepreneurial spirit reignited when I founded Palm Hills Real Estate S.R.L., a company driven by my vision and ambition. I settled in Sosúa and laid the groundwork for what would become a pioneering entity in the Dominican real estate landscape.
In February 2001, recognizing the potential for growth and expansion of the company, I took a strategic step and orchestrated Palm Hills, along with my dedicated team, to a new location from Sosua to Cabarete, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
Today, Palm Hills Real Estate S.R.L., stands as a testament to my foresight and leadership. With a staff of 8 qualified individuals boasting a collective experience of 30 years in the real estate industry, we continue to thrive in Cabarete, shaping the local real estate market with our expertise and dedication.
To gradually prepare for my long-awaited retirement, I recently handed over the company to my daughter, Luisa Scacchi, who now leads it with outstanding professionalism.
To stay somewhat active, I continue to manage the rental of villas and apartments through Airbnb, which are also available on our website.
