Born on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, I built a successful creative career in New York and Miami before returning home to the island lifestyle I always missed. With over a decade of investing in income properties, land, and pre-construction projects, I understand the region’s growth firsthand.
I hold a Real Estate Diplomado from PUCMM, CBR-01 and CBR-02 certifications from Asociación de Agentes y Empresas Inmobiliarias (AEI), and training in construction supervision through Escatedom. Paired with my creative-industry experience, this strengthens my eye for quality, value, and opportunity.
