Born on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic with deep cultural roots here, I built a successful career in the creative industry in New York City and Miami—but longed for the Caribbean and specifically Dominican lifestyle. This is a unique island with stunning beaches, breathtaking mountain ranges covered in evergreens, fertile agricultural valleys, and striking desert areas. Like many of my clients, I saw the potential of this region and, over a decade, invested in revenue-producing properties, land, and pre-construction projects in top neighborhoods—preparing for my eventual permanent move.
With a Diplomado in Real Estate from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra
(PUCMM), and Certifications CBR-01 and CBR-02 from the Asociación de Agentes y Empresas Inmobiliarias (AEI), a Dominican non-profit organization that regulates real estate professionals, ensuring ethical standards and transparency. As well as an ongoing training in construction supervision through Maestro Constructor at Escatedom, a program backed by the Dominican State, my approach is built on trust, transparency, and problem-solving, ensuring my clients make informed, secure decisions. My creative industry background, working with international brands, sharpens my eye for quality, value, and opportunity in real estate.
I’m passionate about guiding new or existing expats from North America and Europe, as well as fellow Dominicans—be it from Santiago or Santo Domingo—or my former fellow Dominican diaspora in NYC and beyond.
