All local real estate brokerage services, including property showings, negotiations, contracts, and closings, are handled exclusively by Palm Hills Real Estate and its licensed representatives.

With more than two decades of experience in real estate and investment markets, I have been involved in over $250 million in real estate transactions throughout my career. I have also renovated and repositioned dozens of properties and owned and overseen investment properties across multiple market cycles.

This experience allows me to approach property opportunities from both an analytical and strategic perspective.
