• Third Construction Payment: 10% due 60 days after the scheduled due date of the second construction payment.
• Fourth Construction Payment: 10% due 60 days after the scheduled due date of the third construction payment.
• Fifth Construction Payment: 10% due 60 days after the scheduled due date of the fourth construction payment.
• Sixth Construction Payment: 10% (minus U$10,000) due 60 days after the scheduled due date of the fifth construction payment.
• Final Construction Payment: U$10,000 due upon delivery of the condo.
