What’s up, I’m Irenis Guzman! Born and raised in New York City, I’m of Dominican descent and proud of it. After Graduating from High School I took the bold step of moving to Cabarete , Dominican Republic, to kickstart my real estate career. I started out working under my uncle’s construction company (Line Construction), which gave me valuable experience and insights into the industry. With both my uncle and father being engineers, I have a strong support system and valuable connections.

Since arriving in Cabarete, I’ve embraced hobbies like horseback riding, swimming, and fine dining. Being surrounded by my culture feels like home and is incredibly fulfilling. As an only child, my dog Leelu is my little bestie—I truly love animals more than anything!
